Ninth Annual International Conference of Academy of Psychologists INCAOP: June 29-30, 2013

The conference scheduled on 29-30 June at Sri Venkateswara University will cover a wide range of issues related to mental health. It involves teachers, scholars, students and practitioners of psychology and other related health and mental health professionals. The conference includes sub themes covering the socio-cultural, biological, genetic, health and medical perspectives, and recent advances in mental health. In addition to the invited talks, there will be oral presentations, interactive poster sessions and symposia.

CALL FOR PAPERS - Ghadar Centennial Conference

The Center for Indo-Canadian Studies, University of Fraser Valley is pleased to announce A call for papers to explore areas of literature created and dedicated to the nationalist revolutionary movement of the Ghahar in Canada and the US at the turn of the last century. apers that analyze both the propaganda machine of the colonial powers specific to Ghadar, and/or the revolutionary voices of the Ghadarite aspirations of a free India are welcome. Studies of pro-Indian independence materials include newspapers, pamphlets, correspondence, photographs, and transcripts of interviews, posters, letters, handbills, magazine articles, lectures, theses, bibliographies, court documents and revolutionary poems are welcome. We will also accept papers on responses to literature written on the Ghadar.
