Canadian Membership Development Fund 2011-2012

Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute is pleased to announce a new grant initiative, the Membership Development Fund (MDF) for its Canadian member institutions.
The objective of this modest funding is to assist Shastri Canadian member institutions with the organization of events to support the promotion and expansion of India Studies and related activities in their institutions.

Valeur:

Each member institution will receive up to $500 CAD. The fund will disbursed upon receipt of the Final Report (within 2 weeks of completion of the event)

Admissibilité:

The member representatives of Canadian member institutions are eligible to apply for this grant on behalf of their respective institutions. For a current list of member institutions and members please click here.

Please provide the following supporting documentation with the application for the MDF grant:

• A brief description and schedule of the planned activities
• Expected outcomes of the event
• A budget

Date limite de la demande:

Application Deadline – June 29, 2012
Events/Initiatives must take place prior to the end September 2012

Applicant member institutions will receive the grant on a first come first serve basis, subject to the availability of the funds.
